Mr. Prakash Chotalal Thakkar, is our leader with an industry experience of over 36 years. He is the mind behind our workforce and inspires us with his vast knowledge of the industry. He has been responsible for development of large acres of land in Kalyan and Pune. He is the son of Mr. Chotalal G. Thakkar, who introduced the ownership scheme in Kalyan. With his supreme legacy of constructions in Kalyan, Mr. Prakash Thakkar manages the sourcing & procurement of material, quality checks, administrative responsibilities and overall management of all our projects.

Mr. Prashant Karnik manages the designing and technical aspects of our projects. He has designed and supervised the construction of many projects in Kalyan and Pune. He has an eye for details and mak.is sure that every aspect of the project is delivered as promised. Mr. Prashant Karnik was previously working with R.R.Pradhan as a partner for several projects in Kalyan and Pune. Mr.Karnik oversees the designing, quality control, corporation and permission alignment, bar chart schedule and overall management of all our projects.

Mr. Jay Thakkar is our youngest partner, but his skills are unmatched. He has pursued his masters from London and provides his support to our company with his planning and forecasting skills. He has been working in our company since the past 10 years and has added a flare of young energy and designs to our projects. He manages the planning and strategy of projects, paperwork, financial Consultation and procurement of materials.

Mr. Aditya Thakkar, our dynamic partner is our man with the plan. He manages operations on the site and makes sure the project is up to mark. His expertise in manpower management on site and quality checks during the project help in maintaining work as per the bar chart. He also looks after the procurement of material and management of resources on site. With an experience of over 12 years in the construction industry, Mr. Aditya has managed to help the company deliver all the projects as per given timelines.
